Lutheran Senior Services Leaders Earn Affordable Housing Designation

Two Lutheran Senior Services (now known as EverTrue) team members were recently awarded the National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHP-e) Level designation by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Nikki Jennings, LSS Executive Director of Affordable Housing, and Angie Prost, Regional Community Manager of Affordable Housing, obtained the certification, which was designed to recognize affordable housing managers who meet NAHMAâs stringent requirements in the areas of education, experience, and ethical conduct.
Nikki and Angie have been working with low-income older adults through community management for many years. Their expansive knowledge and longevity in the field has brought quality housing and services to thousands of older adults in the St. Louis metro area. âI love what I do. And I believe that through NAHMA I will continue to grow and develop in ways that will ultimately improve the lives of those around me,â said Nikki.
âI am proud to earn the Executive Level NAHMA designation. Connecting with NAHMA will enable me to stay up to date on current issues, and even shape national public policy for the affordable housing industry,â said Angie.
NAHMA is the leading voice for affordable housing management, advocating on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. LSS has nine affordable housing communities in Missouri and Illinois that have continually been recognized for their exceptional service provided by dedicated team members.
