EverTrue Ranks 11th in Nation in 2025 LeadingAge Ziegler 200 List

St. Louis, MO — EverTrue, a faith-based nonprofit aging services and care organization, has been recognized as the 11th largest not-for-profit multi-site senior living organization in the 2025 LeadingAge Ziegler 200 (LZ 200) report. The respected annual report ranks and analyzes the nation’s top senior living providers.

This recognition highlights EverTrue’s ongoing strategic growth, exemplified by its recent affiliation with Diakon Senior Living, which added four Life Plan Communities in Pennsylvania and expanded EverTrue to a total of 12 Life Plan Communities across Missouri, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
