EverTrue Celebrates Three Recipients of the 2025 LeadingAge Missouri Ripple of Impact Awards

St. Louis, MO — Three outstanding EverTrue team members have been named recipients of the 2025 LeadingAge Missouri Ripple of Impact Awards. This prestigious recognition honors individuals who exemplify leadership, compassion and innovation in aging services—and whose efforts have had a meaningful and lasting impact on their communities.

The awardees are:

  • Annmarie Wallis, Vice President – Marketing and Communications, EverTrue
    Honored for her exceptional leadership in spearheading the organization’s rebrand from Lutheran Senior Services to EverTrue. She created a model for the aging services sector, underscoring the power of thoughtful communication to drive cultural evolution that honors the organization’s deep-rooted values. “Annmarie’s leadership didn’t just change our brand—it reshaped our identity while staying ever true to our mission,” said Adam Marles, EverTrue President & CEO.
  • Emily Sitzes, Director of Community Wellness, EverTrue Laclede Groves
    Awarded for her transformative contributions to wellness and therapeutic programming by championing a range of initiatives including launching a Music Therapy program, introducing new technologies, taking an innovative approach to Recreational Therapy and providing leadership in the StillYou dementia support approach and Harmony Gardens. “Emily’s passion for finding new and innovative ways to improve the lives of others is unmatched,” said Angie Wilson, EverTrue Laclede Groves Executive Director.
  • Nathan Howard, Active Living Coordinator, EverTrue Breeze Park
    Recognized for building bonds and fostering a sense of belonging by launching a gardening club that beautifies the community as well as incorporating local children in intergenerational activities. “Nathan is everything to everybody here at EverTrue Breeze Park,” said one resident. “He truly gives of himself.”

The Ripple of Impact Awards highlight individuals who inspire positive change, foster meaningful engagement and elevate the lives of older adults.
