Partners in Faith: EverTrue Hospice is accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice

EverTrue Hospice’s commitment to serving individuals of all faith backgrounds is reinforced by its accreditation from the National Institute for Jewish Hospice (NIJH). This national accreditation recognizes EverTrue’s ability to provide culturally informed, spiritually sensitive end-of-life care for Jewish patients and their families, offering peace of mind.

As part of the NIJH accreditation process, EverTrue’s Hospice team members completed specialized training in Jewish medical ethics, burial practices, mourning customs and holiday observances. The training equips staff to honor the unique cultural, spiritual and ethical needs that may arise during hospice care, ensuring families receive support that aligns with their values and traditions.

“As a faith-based organization, EverTrue is dedicated to providing the best possible care for all communities,” said Kristy Kerley, EverTrue Director of Hospice and Palliative Care. “This accreditation ensures that our patients’ and their families’ wishes will be followed in a compassionate and caring way.”

The accreditation highlights EverTrue’s ongoing commitment to recognizing and honoring the diverse cultural and spiritual needs of those it serves, affirming its mission to deliver world-class, compassionate care.

EverTrue Hospice provides a full spectrum of services, including symptom management, family guidance and grief support. EverTrue Hospice is available across EverTrue’s Life Plan Communities as well as in your home, wherever you choose to live.
