EverTrue Enters A Management Agreement With Philadelphia Protestant Home

EverTrue entered a management agreement with Philadelphia Protestant Home to bring its trusted, world-class housing, care and supportive services for older adults to the home’s residents and families.

“EverTrue and Philadelphia Protestant Home have similar missions, with dedicated interest in offering services that encourage our community residents to live life to the fullest,” said Adam Marles, President and CEO of EverTrue. “Together, we look toward a future that builds trust by using our combined expertise to meet the current and future needs of older adults.”

Philadelphia Protestant Home is a life plan community with 600 residents, including services for independent living, personal care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care. As part of its management, Kelli Mills, Vice President of Operations for EverTrue Life Plan Communities Pennsylvania, supports the team members and operations. All team members and operations will continue to be the responsibility of Philadelphia Protestant Home.

Hinchcliff said the board’s decision to move forward with EverTrue was based on not only it’s reputation as a leader in the aging services industry, but also its commitment to a mission, purpose and value similar to the foundations of Philadelphia Protestant Home.
